1. The person who signs the Booking Form is responsible for all payments in respect of the booking. Reservations will be confirmed upon payment of a Deposit/Security Bond of £75 per week. This amount should be sent within 4 days of the initial telephone or e.mail booking, or your option will be automatically released. The balance is payable no later than two months prior to the commencement of rental. Should payment not arrive by this time the booking may be cancelled and the cancellation charges below will come into affect. 

2. The full amount of the rental charges must be received by us two months prior to your date of departure.

3. Any cancellation of a booking must be in writing and is subject to the following charges:-

More than two months from departure date - Deposit only
Between one and two months before departure - 50% of rent
Less than one month before departure - 100% of rent

4. If you wish to amend you booking well in advance, we will try to meet your requirements. Amendments within two months of departure will be treated as cancellations.

4. A Security Bond / Deposit of £75 per week will be held by us to insure against loss or damage occasioned by the use of our property by the parties to this Agreement, which is acknowledged by signing the agreement on the Booking form. The Security Bond will be fully refunded after a satisfactory status report from our Management Company.

5. Arrival must be after 1600 hours Florida time. The property must be vacated by 1100 hours on the day of departure, this is to allow time for cleaning etc. to be carried out before our next guests arrive.

6. All guests are reminded that neither we, or the Management Company can be liable for any loss, damage, or injury however caused on our premises, or when using the Swimming Pool. This also includes acts of God, war, or civil disturbances, strikes or industrial action, acts of government, or any other event beyond our control. 

7. We strongly recommend that our guests have a suitable Travel Insurance Policy to cover all the members of their party. 

8. Conditions for the use of the pool, displayed near the pool, must be observed at all times. Children must be supervised at all times by an adult when using the Swimming Pool. A swimming pool security fence is provided and will be in place on your arrival.....if for any reason it is not ...please call the management company immediately.

9. It is a firm condition of this agreement that the property (432 Balmoral Drive) cannot be sub-let or shared. Only the persons shown on the Booking Form are allowed to stay in the property.
